Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell our payment solutions. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional tasks involve providing support, offering product training to clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, listening, and interpersonal abilities to engage positively with customers.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience in delivering Training and guiding customers to maximize the use of products and services.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong time management skills to excel in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is an advantage.
- Previously working within payment solution sectors or similar industries is a bonus but not mandatory.
