Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential students and clients over the phone, responding to inquiries, pitching course offerings, and building strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams for any required follow-ups. The role also involves achieving sales targets and staying updated on course details and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address and resolve inquiries effectively
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in Training or guiding customers through recommendations and product/service explanations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with education or e-learning platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
