Role Description
As a Telesales Specialist, you will engage with prospective clients to communicate the benefits of our services, build relationships, and drive conversions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include initiating calls, addressing inquiries, supporting customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience for every client you interact with. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively convey information and actively listen to client needs.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, persuasion, and achieving sales targets.
- Capability to conduct Training sessions for customers to ensure they understand products and services offered.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
- Familiarity with accounting or financial tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
