Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services, identify sales opportunities, and build strong client relationships. This role will also involve providing exceptional customer support, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communication skills, including listening and persuasion, to effectively connect with customers and present solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and a strong aptitude for identifying and closing opportunities.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate customers about products or services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is advantageous.
