Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging prospective customers via phone, effectively communicating the value of the company's offerings, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The Telesales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven Sales skills with a focus on meeting targets and fostering client relationships
- Ability to engage in Training sessions and learn about company products and services
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
