✈️ About the Role
Western Travellers is looking for a Telesales Specialist who is passionate about travel and has strong experience in selling holiday packages over the phone.
If you are confident on calls, excellent at understanding customer requirements, and have the ability to convert enquiries into bookings, we want to hear from you!
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate and handle customer objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in telesales / travel sales / holiday package sales.
- Experience in selling travel packages, tours, international holidays or domestic holidays is preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent Kannada and English communication.
- Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, target-driven sales environment.
- Good knowledge of popular holiday destinations is an added advantage.
