Sales Executive / Telesales (Freshers) – Marathi & Malayalam
We are looking for fluent Marathi and Malayalam-speaking Telesales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining our offerings, and driving conversions through outbound and inbound calls.
Full-time and Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 70+ calls per day (inbound/outbound) with prospective customers
- Explain product offerings clearly and drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/sheets
- Follow up with leads and ensure closure within defined timelines
- Adhere to call quality, compliance, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in Marathi and/or Malayalam (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi (preferred)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
- Ability to work in a target-driven setup
