Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to drive registrations and attendance for our weekly student/parent events. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, engaging leads, and ensuring maximum show-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to drive event registrations
- Pitch event value and engage leads effectively
- Follow-ups to maximize attendance and conversions
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects
- Update CRM and track daily calling activity
Eligibility / Background:
- 1–3 years experience in tele-calling / sales / pre-sales
- Strong communication (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and targets
Work Setup
- Working Days: 6 days/week (Weekends working, 1 weekday off on Monday)
- Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (flexible based on event timings)
Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based (on registrations/show-ups/conversions)
