Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients via outbound calls, presenting and explaining products and services, responding to inquiries, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, accurately documenting communication, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Regular participation in training sessions and sales strategy meetings to improve performance will be required.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and active listening skills for effective client interactions
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs and build relationships
- Proven Sales skills, including the ability to close deals and generate leads
- Ability and willingness to participate in Training programs to improve sales and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
- Previous telesales or sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
