Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients to present SR Group’s real estate offerings, providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. Additionally, the role includes identifying sales opportunities, maintaining detailed client records and follow-ups, collaborating with the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Building long-lasting customer relationships through communication and support will be a critical focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address client needs and resolve concerns professionally.
- Sales skills including lead generation, pitch delivery, and deal closure to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to Training programs to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to manage client databases and track performance metrics.
- Previous experience in real estate, telesales, or a similar field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
