Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Chennai, India. The Telesales Representative will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce property listings, qualify leads, and schedule viewings for the sales team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, and providing basic information on available properties and current offers. The role involves building rapport with prospective clients, responding to inquiries, and supporting the closing process by coordinating with agents and other internal teams. The Telesales Representative will also contribute to meeting sales targets and continuously improving scripts and calling strategies based on feedback and market trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to engage confidently over the phone.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, handle concerns professionally, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, and basic negotiation abilities in a telesales environment.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn scripts, adapt to coaching, and apply new techniques to improve performance.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or real estate is preferred; familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, meet daily call and conversion targets, and collaborate with a diverse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
