Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in ECR, Chennai. The Telesales Representative will connect with prospective customers via phone calls, explain and promote the company's services, handle customer inquiries, and close sales. They will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating positive customer relationships while working collaboratively with the sales and support teams. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Customer Support and Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and maintain client relationships.
- Training skills to deliver effective product or service information to customers and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation for remote work.
- Familiarity with startup environments or prior experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus.
