Role Description
This is for a Telesales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, and promote sales by effectively communicating the value of the company's products or services. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, closing of the leads that are provided, identifying their needs, maintaining customer records, and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build relationships and clearly convey information.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide a positive experience and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and persuasive communication.
- Willingness to participate in Training programs and adapt to various sales techniques and strategies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Languages : English ( must )
Other regional languages ( added advantage )
Experience
1 - 3 Years in Sales or Tele sales mandatory.
