Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Pune Division. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, making outbound sales calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing product information, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities
- Sales experience, with the ability to achieve and surpass targets
- Training skills to guide clients in understanding and adopting the products
- Proficiency in CRM tools and keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a focus on results and problem-solving
- Prior experience in SaaS or industry-specific solutions (real estate, EdTech, HR) is a plus
