Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will primarily focus on connecting with prospective clients via phone, understanding their needs, and promoting MyPathshala's educational offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, building strong relationships, providing product information, and following up with leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the team to continually improve sales strategies and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure a positive client experience.
- Sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Ability to assist in Training and guiding new team members when necessary.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
