Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Noida. The Telesales Representative will engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, promoting the company's real estate solutions, and addressing customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer support, and assisting in the sales process by achieving targeted conversion rates. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Sales experience, including managing leads and achieving conversion targets
- Willingness to undergo Training to improve product knowledge and techniques
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales-related software is a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate or telecalling sector is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
