Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Bhopal. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing customers via calls to promote products and services, address inquiries, and close sales. The individual will handle customer concerns, provide support, and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients. They will also work closely with the sales team and participate in ongoing training to enhance performance and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to achieve targets and close deals effectively
- Willingness to participate in Training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge
- Organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/customer service is advantageous
