We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Telesales & Client Relations Representative to join our growing team and drive our mission forward.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid sales role designed for a closer. You won't just be sitting behind a desk making calls—you will own the entire sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads over the phone, pitch our solar solutions, and close deals. When a high-value prospect requires a personal touch, you will step out of the office to conduct face-to-face meetings and seal the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales & Outbound Calling: Actively call warm and cold leads to introduce Prasun Solar’s products and services, qualify prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Convert Leads to Sales: Understand customer energy needs, present tailored solar proposals, overcome objections, and consistently close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- In-Person Consultations: Step into the field when required to conduct face-to-face meetings, site evaluations, or presentations for high-priority residential or commercial clients.
- Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial call to installation.
- CRM Tracking: Diligently update and manage customer records, call logs, and sales pipelines within our CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or direct sales (experience in the renewable energy or solar sector is a massive plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be persuasive, an active listener, and able to explain complex solar concepts in simple terms.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel locally for client meetings whenever required.
- Resilience & Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
