Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in Bhubaneshwar. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, promoting products and services while addressing their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. The representative will also collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience, ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet targets and generate leads
- Willingness to participate in Training sessions to improve skills and performance
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software or CRM tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in sales is a plus
