About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on achieving daily and monthly targets. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding restaurants and clubs, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to restaurants and clubs to explain company offerings and partnership
benefits.
- Convince and onboard outlets through a professional and structured sales approach.
- Collect, verify, and manage required documentation for successful onboarding.
- Provide complete online training and guidance to merchants on platform usage.
- Handle restaurant queries patiently and resolve concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, accounts) for seamless
execution.
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up sheets, and productivity trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
Experience in restaurant onboarding, food-tech, or filed experience would be added
advantage
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (local language is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
