About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Counselor to join our team at GNS Technologies. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring IT professionals. You will guide prospective students through our industry-leading course offerings and help them choose the right path for their career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students to understand their career goals and provide detailed information about our courses (CCNA, CCNP, AWS, Azure, Cyber Security, etc.).
- Call Management: Handle both inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up calls to maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
- Record Keeping: Diligently maintain and update call records and student databases.
- Enrollment Support: Assist students through the registration process and ensure all their queries are resolved.
What Weβre Looking For
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Attitude: A positive, persuasive, and student-centric approach.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.
- Background: Freshers (12th Pass/Graduates) with a hunger to learn or individuals with prior experience in tele-calling/counseling.
