Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative in Bengaluru.
- Engage with prospective students through outbound calls
- Understand their needs and explain training programs
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer service/support experience
- Sales-driven mindset with target achievement ability
- Experience in education/training sector is a plus
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
- Minimum: High school diploma (degree preferred)
