Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Jaipur. The Telesales Representative will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Flowrush’s digital solutions, understand their needs, and present suitable service offerings. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining product features and benefits, handling basic objections, and scheduling follow-up calls or demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system, following structured sales scripts where appropriate, and meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call and conversion targets. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, provide feedback on customer responses, and participate in regular training to stay up to date on services and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, respond to concerns professionally, and provide a positive caller experience.
- Sales skills, including lead qualification, basic negotiation, and closing techniques, with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to participate in and apply sales and product training, and openness to continuous learning and feedback.
- Basic understanding of technology or interest in digital products (websites, apps, or related services) is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools for logging calls, managing leads, and tracking performance metrics.
- High level of reliability, time management, and organizational skills to manage call volumes and follow-up schedules.
- Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
