Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Executive, based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing and executing debt recovery strategies through ethical and compliant means. Key responsibilities include reaching out to clients or customers with overdue accounts, negotiating repayment terms, maintaining accurate records, and addressing queries or disputes effectively. The role involves collaboration with the recovery team, reporting progress to management, and working towards achieving organizational collection targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of debt recovery processes and compliance protocols
- Proficiency in record-keeping, maintaining follow-up schedules, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage challenging customer interactions courteously and professionally
- Goal-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and cloud-based platforms
- Fluency in multiple Indian languages is an added advantage
- Prior experience in debt recovery, banking, or customer service roles is desirable
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
