Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to close sales for our customised badge products.
You will be responsible for calling leads generated through Meta ads, WhatsApp enquiries, and website forms, explaining pricing, handling objections, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
The main goal is to close maximum orders and increase daily revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Call all incoming enquiries promptly
- Explain badge pricing, sizes, and minimum order quantity clearly
- Send sample photos and videos via WhatsApp
- Handle negotiation and price objections confidently
- Follow up consistently until the order is closed
- Confirm payment and update order details
- Maintain proper lead tracking in Google Sheet/CRM
- Coordinate with production team after confirmation
Salary Structure
- Probation Period (1 Month): ₹6,000
- After successful performance review → ₹10,000 per month
- Attractive incentives based on sales performance
Performance evaluation based on:
- Conversion rate
- Revenue generated
- Follow-up discipline
- Target achievement
Requirements
- Must know Tamil and English (Compulsory)
- Additional languages like Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada are a plus
- Previous telesales/telecalling experience preferred
- Confident in closing deals
- Own laptop and stable internet connection required
- Serious about achieving targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
