Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Indore. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and effectively addressing inquiries or concerns. Additionally, the Telesales Representative will collaborate with team members and actively participate in relevant training sessions to improve skills and achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport over the phone.
- Customer Service and Support skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless experience.
- Sales experience, with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals through persuasive and professional interactions.
- Capability to participate in Training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach to exceed goals and contribute to team success.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and related software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
