Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative, based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential customers through calls to promote services, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves generating sales opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver training insights. Success in this role requires effective communication, active customer support, and a focus on achieving revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Proven customer service and customer support expertise, with a focus on delivering excellent experiences
- Experience in sales and negotiation, with an ability to identify and close opportunities
- Willingness to learn and participate in training to enhance product and process knowledge
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Basic proficiency in CRM software or sales tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Intermediate (Bachelor's Degree is a Plus)
