Role Objective:
To engage with leads generated through our Channel Partner network and effectively convince them to visit the project site for a physical walkthrough.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills over calls to engage and convert leads.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with an ICP firm (channel partner firm with a dedicated telecalling setup)
- Ability to respond quickly to fresh leads and ensure faster conversions.
- Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, and urgency.
- Skilled in pitching project USPs such as amenities, pricing, connectivity, and ongoing offers.
- Drive site visit conversions by effectively communicating the value of an in-person walkthrough.
- Coordinate site visit schedules with customers and the on-site sales team.
- Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and maximize site visits.
- Ability to categorize and manage leads efficiently based on customer intent.
- Familiarity with local real estate geography, key landmarks, and infrastructure developments.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp and email communication for customer follow-ups and updates.
