Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
- Manage incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand patient requirements and guide them through suitable services
- Convert enquiries into consultations and confirmed bookings
2. Sales Funnel Management
- Drive the complete sales cycle from first contact to final booking
- Maintain high conversion rates through effective communication and persuasion
- Ensure timely closure of leads to meet revenue targets
3. Data Management & Tracking
- Accurately record every enquiry, interaction, and status update in CRM/systems
- Maintain detailed data points including source, requirement, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Generate daily reports on leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups
4. Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to maximize conversions
- Re-engage dropped or inactive leads
- Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended
5. Client Relationship Operations
- Support overall client relations processes including appointment confirmations and coordination
- Address basic client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate with internal teams (clinics/physios) for scheduling and service delivery
6. Performance & Targets
- Achieve monthly targets for consultations and booking generation
- Continuously improve call quality, conversion rate, and response time
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Healthcare-related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools, call handling, and data management
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a target-driven environment
