Core Duties
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design team policies, draft effective call scripts, launch sales promotions, and establish clear KPIs to drive revenue.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze daily sales metrics and monitor random calls to optimize resource allocation, enhance service quality, and streamline performance.
- Team Leadership & HR Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring, training, and motivating staff to handling year-end KPI evaluations, promotions, or terminations.
- Escalation & Support: Guide subordinates through challenging workflows and personally resolve the most complex customer complaints.
- Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and keep senior leadership updated on operational performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Outbound Tele-Sales, including at least 6 years in a similar senior leadership role managing large teams (from 50 members).
- Strong coaching capabilities, excellent communication skills across all corporate levels, and an analytical approach to team management.
- A graduate degree under any discipline within a standardized academic structure
- Full proficiency in English, a high sense of accountability for sales quotas, and comfort navigating a fast-moving startup culture.
