Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Manager (Medical) role based in South Delhi. The Telesales Manager will lead and supervise a team of telesales representatives focused on medical products or services, including planning daily calling activities, setting targets, and monitoring performance. The role involves designing and refining telesales scripts, coaching team members on effective sales techniques, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer interactions. The manager will analyze call data and sales reports, track conversion rates, and recommend improvements to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day duties also include coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving escalated customer issues, providing regular training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, objections, and escalations professionally.
- Team Management and Training experience, including coaching, performance monitoring, and developing telesales staff.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, call data, and market feedback, and translate insights into action plans.
- Proven background in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical domain.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and manage targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, call center software, and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with clear and confident telephone presence.
