Job Title: Tele Sales Associate / Assistant City Manager
Location: Ballygunge Place, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer / City Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers, provide product or service information, answer queries, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via call and live chat promptly and accurately
- Generate sales from leads & repeats coming from various sources including but not limited to social media, app, website, referrals, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.
- ·Assist customers in placing orders, navigating the app, and resolving issues.
- Ensure that a lead is responded within 15 mins of booking and close the lead at no more than 45 mins from placing of enquiry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships, track customer progress, and close sales as required.
- Follow up with the therapists to ensure whether the payment has been collected and in case of cash payment whether the same has been transferred to the company bank account.
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the city’s revenue with full P&L accountability.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team to improve product/service offerings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and any initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, chat support and customer service is mandatory. Prior experience with sales is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & Written), Hindi (Verbal) and Bengali (Verbal)

Office Timing:
11:00 am to 09:00 pm (Weekly off on any day between Mon to Thursday)
