Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Manager. The Telesales Manager will lead, train, and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Daily tasks include setting and analyzing sales goals, monitoring team performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role will also involve generating new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build relationships and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Team Management skills, including mentoring, training, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, monitor performance metrics, and develop effective strategies for achieving organizational goals.
- Ability to train and guide team members to enhance their competencies and performance.
- Proven track record in telesales or similar roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software is a plus.
