Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales role located in Pune. The Telesales professional will be responsible for initiating and handling outbound calls to prospective students, understanding their needs, and providing detailed information about the company’s clinical research courses. Other responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, converting inquiries into enrollments, and supporting prospective students in the enrollment process. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating follow-ups and addressing customer queries to ensure a smooth experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support to effectively address inquiries and assist prospects.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to nurture strong relationships with potential customers.
- Basic Sales skills and a keen ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Training skills to guide potential students through the enrollment process effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities and team collaboration skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, is a plus.
