- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while providing excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates in the system.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and IRDAI compliance guidelines during all customer interactions.
