Role Description The Telesales Executive (Fresher or Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting products or services clearly, and generating leads or sales based on defined targets. The Telesales Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain courteous and professional communication at all times. Daily responsibilities include updating call records in the system, following up on interested leads, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals. The role also requires adherence to company processes and quality standards, along with openness to training and feedback for skill development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, with the ability to explain information patiently and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a customer-focused approach during calls.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build rapport, and convert inquiries into successful closures.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with call center software, CRM tools, and data entry.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as required, with a positive attitude toward targets and performance metrics.
- Fresher or entry-level candidates are welcome; prior telesales or BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th grade) or equivalent; a diploma or degree is an added benefit.
