Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves cold calling real estate brokers and agents in Dubai and onboarding them into the BSO Club platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for freshers with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to real estate brokers and agents across Dubai
  • Introduce and explain the BSO Club platform and its benefits
  • Guide agents through the registration process and ensure full completion
  • Generate and qualify leads through daily calling activities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and registrations
  • Use provided roadmap/tools to source contact details of agents
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects to drive conversions
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (calls & registrations)
  • Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into registered users
  • Provide feedback to improve scripts, approach, and conversion rates
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (must be fluent and confident)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
