Telesales Executive:

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience to promote our healthcare services, generate appointments, and convert leads into patient visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote hospital services and health check-up packages.
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or sales is mandatory.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
