Role Description
The Telesales Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for engaging potential customers via phone and converting leads into sales. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective customers, promoting products or services, handling customer queries, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining records of interactions and providing feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer Support skills to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools or related software
- Previous telesales or customer-facing experience is a plus
Job Title: Sales Associate (Work From Home)
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 + Incentives
