Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and explaining various insurance products tailored to their needs. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer support, and driving sales conversions. The role requires proactive communication and strong relationship-building skills to expand the customer base and maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
- Explain insurance product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to interested customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the system/database.
