Role Description
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team in Kolkata, in a full-time, on-site role. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, generating leads, promoting travel packages, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored travel solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while driving sales targets. This role involves both sales and customer support elements, requiring proactive communication and collaboration with other team members.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage confidently and effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in customer service and customer support, with a focus on providing high-quality assistance and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software or CRM systems is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
