✔ Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads
✔ Explain company services and offerings effectively over calls
✔ Convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales opportunities
✔ Follow up with interested prospects on a regular basis
✔ Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
✔ Understand client requirements and forward qualified leads to sales team
✔ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets
✔ Maintain call records, lead database, and follow-up trackers
- 🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1 to 5 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Sales
✔ Strong communication and convincing skills
✔ Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
✔ Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability
✔ Positive attitude and ability to handle objections professionally
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
✔ Graduate in any stream (MBA / Marketing preferred)
✔ Experience in recruitment, staffing, education, or service industry will be an added advantage
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
