Role Description
This is an internship role for a Telesales Executive, based on-site in Nagpur. The Telesales Executive will manage outbound and inbound calls to generate and qualify leads, provide exceptional customer support, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, presenting product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Capability in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Customer Support experience with a solution-oriented approach
- Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities for building relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic knowledge of RFID and POS systems is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
