Sales Executive (HealthTech)
Our client, a growing Healthcare Services provider, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives for their Goregaon East office. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and motivated freshers with strong communication skills to build a career in the booming HealthTech industry.
Quick Details
- Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (In-Office)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent English are welcome!)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
- Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Engagement: Call potential customers from provided leads to introduce innovative healthcare solutions and services.
- Consultative Selling: Clearly explain product benefits and features to build genuine customer interest and trust.
- Sales Conversion: Guide potential clients through the sales process to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with customers from the initial call to the final subscription/sale.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Communication: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Soft Skills: A persuasive, patient, and result-oriented mindset.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Suite) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Availability: Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a drive to achieve monthly goals.
