Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Hisar. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients via phone, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's services. The role includes generating and nurturing leads, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach to sales and support.
Qualifications
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills and an ability to engage clients confidently.
- Experience in customer service and customer support with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Skills in sales and lead generation, including identifying opportunities and converting prospects.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Previous experience in telesales or similar roles is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
