Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for a part-time remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining client relationships, professionally addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the overall sales process to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively communicating with clients and team members
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure timely resolution of queries and build long-term client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with an ability to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
- High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset
