What You'll Do
✅ Connect with potential customers through outbound calls
✅ Explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits
✅ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
✅ Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives
✅ Maintain customer data in CRM and collaborate with internal teams
We're Looking For
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
✔ Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, BPO, or Business Development
✔ Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are welcome to apply
✔ Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented individuals
