Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for potential clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, explaining services, and converting inquiries into qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential wedding clients
- Understand client requirements (location, budget, preferences, guest count, etc.)
- Explain services in a clear and engaging manner
- Build initial trust and rapport with clients
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations for senior team members
- Maintain and update client data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Follow up with interested leads to improve conversion rates
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic understanding of sales or client handling (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle objections and guide conversations
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Comfortable working with calls and targets
