Tele Sales Executive – QI Spine Clinic
Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive (Inside Sales Executive) to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (CC Kurla). This is a full-time, on-site role focused on lead conversion, patient engagement, and driving revenue through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential patients
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into consultations and treatments
- Understand patient concerns and guide them appropriately
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates
- Coordinate with clinics/centers to facilitate smooth patient onboarding
- Maintain accurate lead trackers and follow-up reports
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships
Required Skills
- Experience in tele calling / inside sales
- Strong lead nurturing and closure ability
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into bookings
- Good coordination skills with internal teams
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM or lead tracking systems
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or Above
- Prior experience in healthcare/wellness industry is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
