Role Description
We are seeking a Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outgoing calls to generate leads, understanding customer requirements, offering products or services that meet their needs, and converting inquiries into sales. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. This position plays a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
